The protocol of the study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Mansoura University with code; MU-ACUC (VM.R.25.10.248). We confirm that all methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. The study adhered to ARRIVE guidelines 2.0 to ensure animal welfare.
: Animals were obtained from the, Mansour University, Egypt. Their use for scientific purposes was ethically approved and confirmed by the Department, as detailed in the official ethical approval statements.
