: This study represents a non-clinical technical validation of a wearable multimodal biofeedback system involving a single healthy adult volunteer for system verification and signal integrity assessment. The protocol involved only non-invasive physiological monitoring (respiration, ECG, and electrodermal activity) and guided breathing without any diagnostic or therapeutic intervention. Written informed consent was obtained from the participant prior to data collection. The study protocol has been submitted to the Institutional Ethics Committee of Manipal Academy of Higher Education and is currently under review. All procedures were designed and conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) National Ethical Guidelines for Biomedical and Health Research Involving Human Participants.
