: The rabbits used in the experiment were purchased from the local market and subsequently housed in the institutional research animal facility, where they were designated for research purposes in compliance with established regulations. Animal management strictly adhered to the guidelines for the care and use of laboratory animals as approved by the Animal Care and Use Committee of King Faisal University, and all procedures were conducted in accordance with relevant regulatory standards. Furthermore, this study was performed in compliance with the ARRIVE 2.0 guidelines for reporting animal research.
