: This study used only de-identified archived Mtb isolates from an institutional culture collection. The original sputum samples were collected as part of routine diagnostic procedures in accordance with the Clinical Protocol of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus. Given the retrospective use of archival bacterial isolates with no patient identifiers and no direct patient involvement, no additional ethics approval or informed consent was required for this study.
