: As data were collected from Spain, the project was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Huelva, which belong to the Regional Ministry of Health of Andalusia, Spain (PI 036/20). The study was also approved by the following Ethics Committees: Universidad de Aconcagua (Santiago, Chile), University of Cartagena (Colombia), Universidad San Gregorio de Portoviejo (Ecuador), Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla (Mexico), Universidad Científica del Sur in Peru and by the National Committee on Health Research Ethics (El Salvador). In the case of Argentina, Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Paraguay, it is important to note that the project was coordinated by Spain, with the endorsement of the Spanish Ethics Committee for data collection in these countries.
