: The study was conducted per the Declaration of Helsinki regarding human data. Ethical clearance was obtained from the Community-Based Education Office at the College of Health Sciences, Debre Tabor University, under ethical number CHS/358/2025. Both verbal and written informed consent was secured from participants after explaining the study’s purpose and objectives. Participants were informed that their involvement was voluntary and that they could withdraw from the study at any time. Confidentiality was maintained by using codes instead of personal identifiers, and the data were used solely for the purposes of the study.
