: No live vertebrate animals were used in this work. The biological samples consisted of post-mortem ex vivo porcine tissue obtained from a local butcher (commercial supplier) after routine slaughter for food production. No experimental procedures were conducted on living animals, and no animals were sacrificed specifically for this study. Accordingly, the requirements for live-animal experimental approval and ARRIVE reporting do not apply to the present manuscript. Additionally, in accordance with common institutional practice, no formal animal ethics approval was required because the study used only commercially sourced post-mortem tissue.
