: The hiPSC lines used in this study were generated in the Heart Group, BioMediTech, Tampere University. The study has the approval of the ethics committee of Pirkanmaa Hospital District to generate hiPSC lines from primary cells collected from donors and to differentiate the hiPSCs into cardiac cells (Aalto-Setälä R08070) and ethics committee approvals HUS/3225/2018 and HUS 1187/2019 from Heart and Lung Center, Helsinki University Hospital. The hiPSC lines used were acquired from voluntary subjects who had given written and informed consent.
