: The present study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences (code number: IR.TBZMED.REC.1401.55). All methods were carried out following relevant guidelines and regulations. Before data collection, an introductory letter was provided to the administrators of health centers in Tabriz to obtain permission to conduct the research. The researchers introduced themselves to all participants and explained the study’s objectives. Informed written consent was obtained from all participants, who were assured that all personal information would remain confidential. Participants were also informed that they could withdraw from the study freely at any time if they wished to do so.
