: This study was conducted as part of an Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR)-funded project at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Gorakhpur, India. Ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Human Ethics Committee (IHEC ref no.: IHEC/AIIMS-GKP/BMR/108/2022). The study was conducted in accordance with the National Ethical Guidelines for Biomedical and Health Research Involving Human Participants. Prior to participation, all individuals received an information sheet and provided written informed consent. For illiterate participants, the documents were read aloud in their native language in the presence of an impartial witness. Confidentiality was ensured through the use of pseudonyms, and interviews were conducted in a safe and comfortable environment with voluntary participation. Participants did not receive any financial compensation or material incentives for participation in the study.
