: The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki guidelines and regulations. Ethical clearance was obtained from the research and ethics committees of the Department of Medical Laboratory Science, Addis Ababa University, with reference number DRERC/773/24/MLS/, and a Permission letter was obtained from the manager of Tana Flora Floriculture Industry, and Amhara Public Health Institute (APHI). Written informed consent to voluntarily participate was obtained from all study participants after explaining the purpose of the study. The confidentiality of the data was also assured. Additionally, the study participants’ right to refuse participation was communicated to them. Study participants with abnormal LFT results and reduced BChE levels were informed of their findings, and appropriate referrals were made through floriculture management to nearby health facilities for further clinical evaluation and treatment.
