: The sensory evaluation study was conducted in compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki and adhered strictly to the guidelines established by the Tarbiat Modares University Research Ethics Committee for the sensory analysis of food using trained panels. Informed consent was obtained from all participants through a declaration stating, “I am aware that my responses will remain confidential, and I agree to participate in this study as a trained panelist”. Only participants who provided affirmative consent were included in the tasting panel. Additionally, participants retained the right to withdraw from the study at any time without providing justification.
