: The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Clinical Research Ethics Committee of Bezmialem Vakıf University (decision number 18/12). This study protocol has been retrospectively registered on 23/11/2025 at ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT07241494). All study procedures were conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki and relevant national regulations governing research involving human participants. Patient confidentiality and data protection were strictly maintained throughout the study, and no identifiable personal information was disclosed at any stage.
