: This study involving animals was approved by the Animal Experiment Committee of Mianyang Normal University (Ethics Approval No.: MSL2025.2). All animal husbandry and experimentation were conducted in strict accordance with the regulations governing the management and use of laboratory animals. Furthermore, explicit permission was obtained from the Chengdu Zoo (Chengdu Wildlife Research Institute) for the non-invasive collection of fecal samples from the captive wild felids housed at their facility.
