: Ethical clearance was obtained from the institutional review ethical research committee of Debre Markos University under reference number Ref No RCSTTD/348/01/16 . And also, written permission was obtained from the hospital management. All methods were performed in accordance with the journal guidelines and the declaration of Helsinki. Informed consent is not required as the whole data was retrieved from the medical record data with no direct participant contact. Due to the retrospective nature of the study, the institutional review ethical research committee (IRERC) of Debre Markos University waived the requirement for obtaining informed consent. For the sake of privacy and confidentiality, no personal identifiers, such as names, addresses, or any private information, were collected. Data is anonymized and held on a secure password-protected system. Confidentiality during all phases of research activities has been maintained.
