The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to data collection. Participants were informed about the purpose of the study, the voluntary nature of their participation, and their right to withdraw from the study at any time without any consequences. Confidentiality of the information was maintained by assigning codes to participants instead of using personal identifiers. All interviews were conducted in private settings to ensure confidentiality and comfort of participants. Access to the raw data was restricted to the research team, and the data were used solely for research purposes.
