: This study utilized data from the MIMIC-IV database. Given that the MIMIC-IV database contains de-identified data and is publicly accessible, its use does not require approval from a specific ethical review board. The patient data from Dazhou Central Hospital was obtained with informed consent from the hospital’s Ethics Committee. To protect patient privacy, all personal identifiable information was de-identified, and real identifiers were replaced with random codes. Therefore, informed consent from patients was not required for this study. We adhered to fundamental ethical principles during data collection and ensured the effectiveness and fairness of the research process.
