: All applicable institutional and governmental regulations concerning the ethical use of human volunteers were respected during this study. The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and the survey protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee on Human Research of the National Institute of Nutrition and Food Technology (Approval N° 22/2022) and the National Council of Statistics (Approval N° 03/2023). The National Personal Data Protection Agency issued three favourable opinions regarding the transfer of data abroad (Approval N° 22/02–7064), health data (Approval N° 22/02-7063), and personal data (Approval N° 22/01-1539). Additionally, the Family Judge provided a favourable opinion for the study (Approval N° 15152, dated 14 December 2022).
