Ethical considerations: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Research Ethics Committee (REC) of the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS-REC A.8 [55] 24–25). The purpose of the study was explained to each participant who were encouraged to ask questions for adequate understanding of the study and how findings would be used. A unique code was assigned to each sample obtained to ensure anonymity of participants. Permission was obtained from the facility managers where the research was conducted. Helsinki declaration was duly followed.
