Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study is a secondary analysis of an existing dataset obtained from the authors of a previously published study entitled “Evaluation of the relationship between serum anti TPO antibody levels and mood disorders in euthyroid pregnant women.” According to the source publication, the original study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Iran University of Medical Sciences and regional authorities. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants before enrollment, and participants had the right to withdraw from the study at any time.
