: The data used for the analyses described in this manuscript (or presentation) were obtained from the Genotype-Tissue Expression (GTEx) Project portal ( ) 42,43 . In this study, we used histopathology images (Aperio SVS format) and basic organ- and condition-level annotations derived from the Adult GTEx Data and Resources. According to the NIH Genomic Data Sharing Policy, these data are classified as publicly available.
