: The PHI study received approval from the National Healthcare Group Domain Specific Review Board Ethics Review Committee (Reference Number: 2015/00269). Written informed consent was obtained from all participants following comprehensive briefings about the study objectives and procedures. To ensure participant confidentiality, all collected data were de-identified prior to analysis and stored separately from personally identifiable information. Identifiable information is password-protected and maintained in secure storage accessible only to designated survey team members. In accordance with institutional data retention policies, all study data will be retained for a minimum of 6 years following study completion.
