Ethics : Plant species were formally identified by Zelong Yu (Xinyang Agriculture and Forest University) based on morphological characters following Flora of Henan Province (Henan Science and Technology Press, 2019). Voucher specimens of the three species have been deposited in the Xinyang Agriculture and Forest University under accession numbers XYAFU-2025-014. All plant collections were carried out in compliance with relevant institutional, national, and international guidelines and legislation. None of the collected species is listed as endangered under the IUCN Red List or CITES appendices. The study site is a degraded riparian sand mining area without restricted access. This study adheres to the IUCN Policy Statement on Research Involving Species at Risk of Extinction and the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES).
