Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and approved by the Ethics Committee of the Academy of Silesia, Poland (protocol code 02/2023; date of approval: 3 March 2023). All participants provided written informed consent prior to enrollment. Patient data were processed in a pseudonymized form; personal identifiers were replaced with unique codes, and the linkage key was stored separately under secure technical and organizational safeguards. Access to the key was restricted to designated investigators (P.M. and A.M.-B.) and used solely for scientific analysis and publication purposes.
