Ethical consent: The PC3 (human prostate cancer) and 3T3 (mouse embryonic fibroblast) cell lines used in this study were obtained from the International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS), H.E.J. Research Institute of Chemistry, University of Karachi, Pakistan, a recognized repository for authenticated cell lines. Furthermore, the experimental protocol involving these established human and mouse cell lines was conducted following approval from ICCBS (Reference No. AU7929-205). All the experimental procedures were performed following national and international standard guidelines.
