Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Department of Community Medicine at Hadhramout University, College of Medicine (HUCOM), Yemen, with approval number [CM/REC 8/2018]. All study procedures were carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki. All participants were informed about the purpose of the study, assured of confidentiality, and provided written consent prior to participation. Participation was voluntary, and the respondents could withdraw at any time without consequence.
