: All approvals obtained from the Ethics Committee (IR.KAUMS.NUHEPM.REC.1402.006) and the Vice Chancellor of Research and Technology (No. 40218; dated April 25, 2023) of Kashan University of Medical Sciences and Health Services. All methods were carried out in accordance with the “Declaration of Helsinki” and “General Ethical Guidance for Medical Research with Human Participants in the Islamic Republic of Iran”. An introduction letter was provided by the Research and Technology Vice-Chancellors and Health Vice-Chancellors of Kashan University of Medical Sciences, granting permission to access the comprehensive health centers and collect samples. After the older adults were informed of the study’s aims, benefits, harms, and confidentiality of the information, verbal and written informed consent was obtained from all participants. Confidentiality of personal data was ensured, and participants were informed that they could withdraw from the study without any problems.
