Ethical statement: All the animal experiments were approved by Institute (ICAR-NIVEDI) Animal Ethics Committee (IAEC) (Approval # NIVEDI/IAEC/2025/02) in accordance with CPCSEA guidelines as well as Institute (ICAR-NIVEDI) Biosafety Committee (IBSC) (Approval # F.No.6/52/NIVEDI/Biosafety/2019/10/60), in accordance with Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. All the animal experiments were performed adhering to the guidelines and regulations of The Ministry of Environment and Forests, Animal Welfare Division, Committee for the Purpose of Control and Supervision of Experiments on Animals (CPCSEA), Government of India. An adequate veterinary care and husbandry practices were also followed during the course of the experiment.
