Ethical approval: This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was obtained from the Ethical Review Committee of the School of Medicine, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Debre Markos, with Ethical approval code of 578/2024. The purpose of the study was explained to each participant, and then written informed consent was obtained from each study participant before the data collection commenced. Confidentiality of information was assured and the privacy of the respondents was maintained. The study participants were told to decline or withdraw from participating in the study at any time during the study period.
