Ethics approval and consent to participate: All experiments were conducted in compliance with the National Institutes of Health Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals and were approved by the Ethics Committee of Chongqing University Three Gorges Hospital (Approval No. SXYYDW2024-088). At the end of the experiments, all animals were humanely euthanized via anesthetic overdose.
