Ethical approval and consent to participate: All experimental procedures involving animals were reviewed and approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of EVA Pharma for Pharmaceutical Industries, Egypt (Approval No. EVA/003/2025). All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant institutional guidelines and regulations for animal care and use. Prior to sample collection, oral permission was obtained from the owners of the poultry farms.
