Ethical Considerations: This study received ethical approval from the Ethics Committee of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences (Ethics code: IR.KUMS.REC.1398.525). Upon obtaining approval from the Deputy of Research and Technology, data collection began. At the outset, participants were provided with detailed explanations regarding the study’s purpose and objectives. All participants gave their informed written consent to participate in the study and to have their interviews recorded. They were assured that all interviews would only be accessed by the researcher and that their personal information would remain strictly confidential.
