Ethics approval and consent to participate: Blank human plasma samples were sourced from the Blood Bank of Menoufia University Hospitals (Egypt) and utilized exclusively for the preparation of spiked matrices in the course of in vitro analytical method validation. Prior ethical clearance for the study was granted by the Research Ethics Committee, Faculty of Pharmacy, Menoufia University, Egypt (Approval No.: MPMSc 24/02). All experimental procedures were conducted in accordance with internationally accepted ethical standards, including the Declaration of Helsinki and its subsequent revisions. The study was confined to laboratory-based investigations and did not involve human subject participation, patient recruitment, clinical intervention, or primary biological sample collection.
