Ethics approval and consent to participate: The present study was nested into the larger project of 15-year follow-up of the MINIMat (Maternal and Infant Nutrition Interventions in Matlab) trial, which has been approved by the Ethical Review Committee at icddr, b in Dhaka, Bangladesh (PR-17029; dated 23/05/2017). Written informed consent and assent were obtained from mothers and adolescents, respectively.
