Ethical approval: All plant materials ( Aralia elata leaves) used in this study were collected from [Wuying Forestry Bureau Forest Farm, Fenglin County, Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province] with the permission of [Wuying Forestry Bureau]. The collection process strictly followed local regulations on wild plant protection, and only a small number of mature individuals were sampled to avoid damaging the natural population. No endangered or protected species were involved in this research. All experiments were conducted in accordance with the institutional guidelines for ecological research of [Northeast Forestry University]. All authors would comply with the IUCN Policy Statement on Research Involving Species at Risk of Extinction and the Convention on the Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora.
