: The collection of DSRCT tumor patients was approved by the Institutional Review Board of MDACC under the LAB08-0151 and LAB06-0536 protocols, and conducted in compliance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Written informed consent was obtained from all patients, but it was not required for these multi-site genomic analyses, and all the patient records were de-identified before analysis.
