: L.C.-A. was the scientific project manager of the Women’s Brain Foundation (WBF). A.Z. and Q.V. are affiliated with Insilico Medicine, an AI-based drug discovery company specialized in the development and deployment of AI-based integrated platforms for the identification of novel therapeutic targets and de novo drug design. In the past 3 years, M.T.F. has received consulting and speaker fees from Roche and Lilly, unrelated to this project. She is currently an employee of Syntropic Medical, Klosterneuburg, Austria. A.S.C. is the co-founder and pro bono CEO of the WBF. A.S.C. is also the pro bono Euresearch Vice President. All other authors declare no competing interests.
