: Institutional Review Board approval was not required as the study was a voluntary survey among health professionals regarding their professional responsibility, not related to any specific health information (The NHS Health Research Authority, HRA Algorithm, ). All data was handled anonymously. No vulnerable individuals participated in the survey. Participants were aware that the data would be collated anonymously for analysis and dissemination.
: The aims of our survey were explained to the healthcare professionals before volunteering to complete the survey. Informed consent was fulfilled by agreeing to participate in the survey.
