: DAB receives royalties from the electronic self-rated version of the C-SSRS from eRT, Inc., and from performing duties as an UptoDate Psychiatry Section Editor, receives Honoraria from the Klingenstein Third Generation Foundation for scientific board membership and grant reviews, has research funding from AFSP and NIMH, including an NIMH grant led by Ksana Health. NBA has an equity interest in Ksana Health, a company NBA co-founded and which has the sole commercial license for certain versions of the Effortless Assessment Research Systems (EARS) mobile-phone application and some related EARS tools. This intellectual property was developed as part of his research at the University of Oregon’s Center for Digital Mental Health (CDMH). NBA has also acted as a paid consultant to Snap Inc. In the past 3 years, RPA has received consulting fees and equity from Get Sonar Inc.
