: This study was conducted with the approval of the ethical committee of the Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University Ethical Review Board (Reference number: SAU/AEEC/2025/011). Ethical considerations were carefully addressed, and informed consent was obtained from all participants before the interviews. The study participants were informed of the study’s purpose and their full right to decline participation and to withdraw at any time during data collection. All methods used in this study were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. After the participants agreed, the data were gathered.
