: M.T and W.A. acknowledge a scientific collaboration with Izon Science where research equipment is provided for fundamental investigations into the qNano platform. The webpage outlines an agreement between Izon, M.T. and his research group in the middle of 2012. In addition to this, W.A. through a small student contract (12 days work over a total of 2 years), was contracted to perform qNano training for some of Izon's prospective customers. Apart from this, he is a full-time PhD student at the University of Queensland. R.L, D.K and R.V have no competing financial interests to declare.
