: Ethical approval for the animal experiments was obtained from the review board of Baden-Württemberg (permit number 1497). All experiments were performed in compliance with the guidelines for the welfare of experimental animals issued by the Federal Government of Germany, the National Institutes of Health, and the Max Planck Society. The human study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Ulm University (permit number 387/18). The experiments were conducted according to institutional and national regulations.
