: All methods were performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations of the Institute for Biomedical Research of Seville (IBIS) and the University Hospital Virgen del Rocio (HUVR). Tumor and nontumor tissues used for miRNA expression analysis and PDX generation were obtained from surgical resections of sarcomas at the Virgen del Rocio University Hospital (Seville, Spain). All patients provided written informed consent for the procedure, which was approved by the local ethics committee (CEI 2013/PI002). All animal experiments and the entire procedure were performed according to the experimental protocol approved by HUVR Animals Ethics (CEI 0309-N-15).
