An R package “oncomix” for identifying oncogene candidates in large cohorts of RNA-sequencing data from tumour and adjacent normal samples is available through Bioconductor (ExternalRef removed).<sup>44</sup> The oncomix package is platform independent, requires R version 3.4.3 or higher, and is released under a GPL-3 license.
