: This study was performed in accordance with Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Ethics Committee of Thomas Jefferson University. Human foreskin specimens were deidentified before collection, and no IRB approval or exemption was necessary to conduct this study. The consent to participate was waived by the ethics board. The IRB approval # for tumour tissue procurement from melanoma patients is 10D.341. Animal experiments using mice were performed in accordance with recommendations in the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals of IACUC at Thomas Jefferson University.
