MIRACLE score can be calculated for a normalised RNAseq or Microarray gene expression matrix allowing the use of various platform identifiers including Ensembl Gene Ids (preferred), U133p2 and U133A from Affymetrix, IlluminaHTv3 and IlluminaHTv4 from Illumina and other expression data sets with features mapped to Entrez IDs or Hugo Gene Symbols.
