: Human tissues were collected after receiving informed consent from CRC patients who were treated with surgical resection at Xijing Hospital of Digestive Diseases (Xi’an, China). This study was approved by Xijing Hospital’s Protection of Human Subjects Committee and performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Animal experiments were performed in accordance with animal protocols approved by the Fourth Military Medical University.
