: The study was approved by the local ethics committee (approval number 11-61) following patient informed consent. The PaCaOmics study is registered at ExternalRef removed with registration number NCT01692873. All samples were xenografted in immunocompromised mice producing PDX samples. Animal experiments were approved by the local ethics committee and performed following the guidelines of our centre (CRCM).
