This includes the liver biopsies collected from healthy donors and infected patients to generate liver organoids used in this study, received through the department of Transplantation and Surgery at ErasmusMC. The MERC reviews on the basis of the Declaration of Helsinki and other relevant legislation and regulations.
: Debiopharm International SA, the manufacturer of the monovalent IAP inhibitor Debio 1143, sponsored parts of the research performed at The Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research under a research license agreement.
