: Ethical approval was obtained from the Human Research Ethics Committees of the Children’s Hospital at Westmead, Australia (2019/ETH11736). Control heart tissue from a non-failing heart (NF14, 14-month old infant) was obtained from the Sydney Heart Bank (University of Sydney, Australia, sample code 5.114) with approval from the Human Research Ethics Committee [CitationRef removed].
